Mark Nordlicht has over 19 years of experience in the investment industry and is an entrepreneur in the truest sense of the word.

At 22, after graduating from Yeshiva University, Mark Nordlicht was the youngest trader in the pits of the New York Cotton Exchange. Today, he is responsible for oversight of all trading, asset allocation and risk management of Platinum Partners.

Mr. Nordlicht founded Platinum Energy Resources and Platinum Diversified Mining, publicly traded oil and natural gas and mining companies, respectively. From 1997 to 2001, Mark Nordlicht was a founder and managing partner of West End Capital, a New York-based money management firm. In 1991, Mark Nordlicht founded Northern Lights Trading and was its general partner until 2000. Northern Lights Trading was a proprietary options firm based in New York which employed traders in the cotton, coffee, natural gas, crude oil, gold and silver option trading pits.

Mr. Nordlicht has a wide range of business accomplishments. His firms have received numerous industry recognitions, including impressive rankings on the Barron's Hedge Fund 100. However, formal achievements are only part of Mark Nordlicht's appeal. Uri Landesman (who began working with Mr. Nordlicht in April 2010) says it was Mark Nordlicht's "one-of-a-kind approach" that excited him most.
